Utilities Required:

·Water:20 GPM supply @ 50-60 PSI

·CO2:8 -12 CFM @ 20 PSI

·Air:8-12 CFM @ 40 PSI

·Cleaners – low foaming caustic, suitable non-rinse sanitizers

Regarding the electric power,the washer will be made according to customers’requirements.

Need about 20amps-30amps for the whole machine.

2X100L Reservoirs(Sanitizer and Det.)or any other cleaning solutions you will use.

Each reservoir with 1X(3KW-5KW)heating element and 1XPT100 sensor.

Right reservoir:Det.(Detergent)

Our two head semi-auto keg washers are designed to wash two kegs of any size per cycle. In fact, our keg washers process between 30-40 kegs per hour. To use our quality semi-auto keg washers, simply engage the couplers, invert the kegs and press start. Kegs are automatically washed, sanitized, and pressurized within minutes. Each machine operates on either 120v or 220v Ac and compressed air, with advanced pressurized CO2 capabilities.
